1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bd33g online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at bd33g.net (the "Platform"). 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bd33g Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any other person or entity.

• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on bd33g or under any voluntary self-exclusion arrangement that covers this Platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of bd33g or any of its affiliated game or software providers.

bd33g reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid national ID card, passport, or driver's license. Where a player fails to provide satisfactory proof of age, their account will be suspended pending verification, and no withdrawals will be processed until the verification is complete.

Jurisdiction Responsibility

3 Account Registration & Verification

Registration Requirements

One Account Policy

Account Security

bd33g operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and at other points during the account lifecycle. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

Minimum Deposit

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. bd33g aims to process all withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of applicable KYC verification and responsible gaming checks. bd33g reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or requiring further review.

Player Funds Policy

No Third-Party Payments

General Bonus Terms

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bd33g Platform, you agree to use it in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bd33g and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one player account on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under the age of 18, or permitting a person under 18 to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with games.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or bug in any game or in the Platform itself. Any winnings derived from exploiting a bug are void and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or multi-player game.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial transaction linked to illegal activity.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, payment method fraud, or identity fraud.

Account Suspension and Closure

In such cases, bd33g will conduct an investigation and communicate the outcome to the affected player via the registered email address. Where funds are withheld during an investigation, bd33g will act in good faith to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the bd33g Platform — including but not limited to the bd33g brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to bd33g and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bd33g.
• Use the bd33g brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform using automated tools.

Game content made available on the bd33g Platform is the intellectual property of the respective game developers and studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights in such content are reserved by their respective owners.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd33g and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services provided through it.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, bd33g specifically disclaims liability for:

bd33g makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We apply industry-standard SSL encryption and security practices to protect the Platform and player data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security in all circumstances.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the bd33g Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bd33g with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
